Emadin's course programme is structured into modules, each of several days. Although most attendees opt for complete modules, the content of most courses has been carefully structured to allow registration for a single day on a specialised area if so desired. electing for in-house courses should contact Emadin to discuss their specific requirements. Alternatively, if companies prefer to send several directors or senior managers to one course in Brussels, London or Paris, group discounts are available.
Emadin provides various courses which enable directors and managers to develop their skills in the entire strategic process, from the initial sourcing of investors through to deciding on and implementing a successful exit strategy. The courses cover all aspects of director development, whether for executive or non-executive director roles. With corporate governance becoming more and more a key issue for directors globally, Emadin believes that it is essential that all current and aspiring directors receive coaching in all aspects of their positions and Emadin has carefully chosen the topics of its courses to provide a full coverage of the duties and responsibilities of directors, as well as providing development in other key areas, such as strategic planning, corporate finance and strategic leadership.
All workshops are highly interactive (with the number of participants in a course being typically between ten and fifteen) and all include exercises and case studies to help illustrate the key points. All members of Emadin's faculty have extensive international experience, so all courses take into account differences of law and practice in different jurisdictions.
All attendees at any of Emadin's director courses receive a certificate of completion at the end of the session, and can complete the requirements for an award of either a Certificate of Corporate Direction, or a Diploma of Corporate Direction.
