Paul Galante is a multi-cultural change management consultant with over 20 years experience. He has worked throughout Europe and North America with top management teams of leading multi-nationals and non-profit organizations, both as a consultant and as a corporate director.
Paul Galante is of Italian and French background and educated in the U.K. He holds a degree from the University of London, and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles. Paul has implemented assignments in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Prior to creating his own change consulting group specialized in cross-cultural projects, Paul was a director in the European Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is also currently an adjunct member of faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership.
He has led projects involving organisational change to deliver higher performing organisations and/or realise the benefits from major change events such as mergers. He speaks on and offers practical training in organisational development in multi-cultural settings, business process design, performance measures and management, leading change & innovation, and leading virtual teams. Paul also delivers training in business strategy, finance and planning. In addition, he offers leadership development services through coaching and customised individual training.
